Video Consultations
High-quality, one-on-one video sessions with Kristen. Using a secure video platform, you'll receive the same thorough assessment and personalised care as an in-clinic appointment — just from wherever suits you best.
Exercise Prescription
Receive a tailored exercise program delivered directly to your inbox after every session. Each program includes clear instructions, progressions, and video demonstrations so you can train with confidence at home.
Ongoing Management
Telehealth makes it easy to stay on track with regular check-ins, program adjustments, and progress reviews. Consistent follow-up is key to long-term results — and we make it as convenient as possible.
How Telehealth Works
Getting started with telehealth at Hi Movement is simple. First, book your appointment online — just select 'Telehealth' as your consultation type. Before your session, you'll receive a secure video link via email.
During your consultation, Kristen will complete a thorough assessment via video, including observation of your movement patterns, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and guided physical tests where appropriate. After your session, you'll receive a personalised exercise program sent directly to your email, complete with instructions and progressions.
It's the same quality care you'd expect in the clinic — designed to fit around your schedule and lifestyle.
Ideal For
Telehealth consultations are a great option for a range of situations. They're perfect for follow-up appointments after an initial in-clinic assessment, exercise program reviews and progressions, and ongoing management of chronic conditions.
They're also ideal for patients in rural or remote areas who may not have easy access to a physiotherapy clinic, busy professionals who find it difficult to attend appointments in person, and those managing minor injuries or flare-ups that don't require hands-on treatment.
If you're unsure whether telehealth is right for your situation, feel free to get in touch — Kristen is happy to advise on the best option for your needs.
